Research Activities & Interests

Specific areas of interest are in International Relations and Currents Affairs. Particular interest in the past events of the Cold War and the current developments shaping today’s New World order. Key areas of interest include:

  • Marxist arguments relating to social and cultural hegemony
  • The politics of realism in determining the events of global power
  • The ideas of Leo Struass and the rise of the Neo-Conservatives
  • On going research for teaching comparative politics.
