Ashesi University provides wireless network access on all its campus locations. The Ashesi network allows students, staff and Faculty to setup and use the wireless network.

Who has access?

Anyone with a valid Ashesi user name and password can have access to the wireless network.

How to connect

To connect to any of Ashesi’s wireless network, please ensure that the wireless adapter on your PC is turned on. If your PC does not have an already built in wireless adapter, you may have to purchase an external adapter if you want to connect to the wireless network.

Once the wireless connecter on your laptop is turned on, click on the network icon located on the bottom right corner of your computer. A window will pop up showing available networks. Among the available wireless networks is the Ashesi network, which is usually named after its location. Click on the appropriate network, enter the network key and voila! You are through.
