New Faculty Orientation

Each August Ashesi holds an orientation for new faculty members. New faculty have the opportunity to meet the old faculty members, senior administrators, network with new colleagues and become familiar with the many resources available to faculty. The two day programme includes sessions about:

• Ashesi's teaching methodology
• Faculty guidelines and policies
• Academic operations and class time table
• Ashesi's Computer network
• Library use
• Student Affairs
• Health matters
• Ashesi's management philosophy and style
